About me, Olia Voronkova, 3rd Generation Classical Pilates Instructor

Olia Voronkova

My name is Olia Voronkova, and I am a 3rd Generation Classical New York Pilates Instructor, based in Brackenhurst, Alberton.

I was trained by Natasha Madel, a highly respected 2nd Generation Classical Pilates Master Instructor, who was personally trained by Romana Kryzanowska — the direct protégé of Joseph Pilates, the founder of the Pilates method. This lineage represents the purest form of classical Pilates, and it is an honor to carry that tradition forward. There are only a limited number of fully trained classical Pilates instructors in South Africa, making this training both rare and deeply specialized.

I first discovered Pilates while living in Los Angeles, where I experienced its unique power — intense, challenging, and transformative, yet incredibly kind to the body. When I moved to South Africa, that same feeling returned when I met Natasha… and it changed everything. Pilates became more than training — it became my standard for movement, strength, and longevity.

Natasha remains a dear mentor and friend, and I continue to train with her because she constantly pushes my level higher — and that is exactly what I want to pass on to you.

I founded Pilates100 with one simple promise: to give you 100%.

With 18 years of experience in the fitness industry, Elle brings a deep passion for movement, performance, and the incredible potential of the human body. Her extensive background in personal training, combined with years of experience in gymnastics coaching and judging, has shaped her Pilates teaching style into one that is both highly technical and beautifully adaptable.

Elle is known for her ability to teach with precision, mindful progression, and strong attention to alignment, ensuring that every client feels supported while still being challenged. Her sessions are intelligently structured to improve strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and body awareness, making them suitable for all levels — from beginners to advanced movers.

She strongly believes that healing, longevity, and physical transformation are possible for everyone when training is done with intention and consistency. Elle is passionate about helping clients feel empowered in their bodies, guiding them through tailored exercises that respect each person’s unique needs, goals, and abilities.

Her mission is simple: to help every client leave the studio feeling stronger, more capable, and more connected to their body than before.

Maseehah Patel

Maseehah is a certified Pilates instructor with a lifelong passion for fitness and a strong desire to inspire and empower others. She believes that no matter what stage of life you’re in, you should confidently pursue your goals — and she brings that mindset into every session she teaches.

Her classes are built on mindful movement, anatomical precision, and powerful strength-based training, designed to improve tone, endurance, and full-body control. Maseehah is known for delivering challenging, results-driven sessions — the kind clients love (and often leave with shaky legs).

With her supportive yet motivating teaching style, she creates an environment where clients feel comfortable, encouraged, and pushed to their potential. For Maseehah, Pilates is more than movement — it’s a tool for confidence, strength, and transformation.
